All right, this is a post about my history of using the Internet. (This is a class post, my posts will be about books mostly.)
My first memory of the Internet is going on gaming sites. I first used the Internet around age 5 or age 6, but I can't remember anything that I did because it was so long ago. I used to go on game sites all the time. I would play puzzle games and 'escape' games (you know, like getting out of a locked room...). I also used to use it for homework (Schoolnotes!) and research for projects.
I used to use the Internet for gaming and email. Now I usually use it for surfing and keeping on contact with friends. I have a Gmail, which has a chat feature that I use to stay in touch with friends I don't see very often. I also use it for checking my email and getting information about my school (my school has a blog).
I think that in the future I will use the Internet for ordering packages, doing taxes, email, and much more. my generation is the technological generation. I believe that once I am older there will have been many more tools to use the Internet with. Facebook may be big right now, but will it be in ten years? Who can tell? We may even be controlling our cars using the Internet. The Internet is constantly evolving, with new information added to it every day. Only time will tell what it will become.
